Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic in 2009.

The general
goals of Azerbaijan Respiratory Association are: 1. to unite medical specialists for respiratory failure
. 2. to promote respiratory medicine. 3. to promote scientific exchange among medical specialists
for respiratory failure
4. to develop the concepts and methods of respiratory medicine.
Citizens
of the Azerbaijan Republic and foreign citizens who share the goals
of the association and have paid an affiliation fee can be members
of the association. Admission to association membership is carried
out on the basis of a written application by the entrant and is confirmed
by a decision of the Board of the organisation passed with simple
majority of votes.
Withdrawal
from membership to the organisation is carried out on the basis of
a written statement submitted to the Board of the organisation.
